The problem
Harbour & Co. had a website that looked tidy but said very little. The phone number sat in the footer, the services were buried in one long page, and the quote form asked for eleven fields.
What we changed
We rewrote the homepage so the first line says what they do and where they work. Every page now ends with the same quote button, and the form is down to four fields.
The site was rebuilt in Framer, so the team can update jobs, photos and prices themselves without calling anyone.
The result
Quote requests more than tripled in the first 90 days on the same ad budget. Most of them now come through the form instead of as missed calls.
We went from two enquiries a week to two a day.
